Designing an agnostic back-office tool tailored for bank clerks, aiming to streamline various tasks within the financial department. The challenge involves accommodating diverse workflows, content types, and interaction scenarios while ensuring maximum usability and efficiency.
Enable a Range of Functions
Develop a versatile tool capable of handling multiple tasks including form submissions, document attachments, validations, downloads, document signing, and PDF viewing.
Consistent User Interface
Ensure uniform presentation of content and interactions across different stages of the workflow to cover a wide array of scenarios efficiently.
Seamless Workflow Management
Design a fluid workflow that allows for cyclical tasks such as document validation loops and backward navigation, ensuring no task is left incomplete or unresolved.
Agile Workflow Design
Collaborated closely with the commercial team to map out a consensus-driven workflow that aligns with the financial department's operational needs. Iteratively refined the flow to accommodate various task types and contingencies.
Comprehensive Content Integration
Strategically incorporated form fields, document upload/download modules, validation mechanisms, signature features, and PDF viewers into the MVP. Ensured seamless integration of these components within the workflow for efficient task execution.
Intuitive Interaction Framework
Defined clear interaction guidelines for each stage of the workflow, outlining permissible actions and error-handling procedures. Implemented intuitive navigation controls to facilitate smooth transitions between tasks and support backward navigation when necessary.
